Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13, and under 18 only with a parent's or guardian's consent.
Subscriptions, free trial and billing
- Daily OS requires an active plan: monthly, yearly or lifetime. Prices are shown in Google Play before you pay.
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial on monthly and yearly plans. Google Play asks for a payment method when the trial starts.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or period to avoid the next charge (Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
- Google Play processes all payments and refunds. If we change prices, Google Play will tell you before a renewal at the new price.
Coupons
Coupons are personal, one per account, have no cash value, can expire and may be revoked if they are sold, shared publicly or otherwise abused.
Friends, chat and challenges
Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or bully anyone; do not post hate speech, sexual content, violent or illegal content, spam or scams; do not share other people's private information. Follow our community guidelines. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your content
What you add to Daily OS stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and sync it only to provide the service to you and to the friends you share it with.
Not medical or financial advice
Health, fitness, medication and nutrition features are for personal tracking and general wellness, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always follow your doctor's instructions and do not rely on reminders for critical medication. Money features are for personal record-keeping, not financial advice.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Daily OS reliable but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the web. Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel it in Google Play. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Daily OS is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Daily OS in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
